How to use the Dashboard of your store?

  • Go to "Dashboard" on the admin panel.

 

 

Dashboard Overview

  • Here, you can see the statistics from the beginning to the present.

 

  • Use the "Week", "Month", and "Year" options to view the sales and order details with just one click.

  • You can apply a date filter to view the sales and order details for a specific time length.

  • Select the dates in both fields, "From" and "To". Click on the "Filter" button.

 

 

  • You can see the recent five orders on the dashboard.

 

 

  • Click on any of the recent orders to view all the details associated with the order and the customer.

  • You can edit the customer profile and change the payment status and the order status.

 

 

  • On the top right corner,you will see a support pin.You can share this pin with the Shopyxa team via email or phone when in need of technical assistance.

  • On the top right side,there is the admin account name.Click on it.

  • There are 3 actions you can perform, as shown below.
  • Click on the" Profile" option.

 

  • Click on "Edit image".

  • Now upload the new image.

  • Click on the  Remove image

 

  • Click on the "Edit" icon to change the password.

  • Enter the details as shown in the image below.

  • Click on "Update password".

 

 

 

  • Click on the "Edit" icon to update the contact information.

 

 

  • Enter the details as shown below.

  • Click on the "Update" button.

 

  • If you want to log out of your account, click on the "Logout option".

  • If you have multiple stores, click on the "Manage Stores" option.

 

  • You will see a list of all your active and expired stores.You can click on any of the active stores to log in to that store.
