The admin can switch the account status from enabled to disabled and vice versa.
Enabled: When the account status is set as "enabled", the user can log in to the account.
Disabled: When the account status is set as "disabled", the user cannot log in to the account.
Go to "Users" on the left-side menu.
Click on the name of the user to change the account status.
Go to "more action".
Click on "disable account" to change the status of the account from enabled.
Click on Yes, and the account will be disabled.
